Blue Manna Waters have a Strict Cancellation Policy​​

In the instance that we are unsuccessful to re book a cancelled booking the following conditions apply. 

• To receive a 50% refund guests must cancel at least 21 days prior to check in. 

• Cancellations up to 21 days prior to check in are Non Refundable. 

• No refund available should the guest decide to shorten their stay after arrival. 

• Cancellations must be received within normal business hours, notification after hours will be considered to have been received on the next business day

• Cleaning & Preparation fee is not refundable under any circumstances

• Check in is from 3pm, unless an early check in has been arranged. 

• Check out is strictly by 10am 

• There is strictly no smoking inside all properties. If smoking has taken place inside the property or smoke is smelt inside, an amount of $200 will be deducted from your credit card

As a cleaning fee is paid at time of booking, you are not required to thoroughly clean the property before departure (sweep and mop etc). However, please note the minimum requirements below:

• Empty your general waste into the red waste bin and recycling into the yellow recycling bin

• Wash, wipe and put away any crockery/cutlery, and/or unpack dishwasher

• Remove any food scraps and clean barbecue

• Dispose of any cigarette butts in the rubbish bin (red lid)

• Leave the property in a clean & tidy condition

• Return keys to keysafe and scramble numbers to lock securely

• Barbecues and Air Fryer must be properly cleaned at the end of your stay. If found to be unclean, a $50 additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Blue Manna Waters reserve the right to charge an additional fee if any of the above is not done on departure. Any charges will be invoiced to you, recouped from your refundable security bond or debited to your credit card following a phone call or email from our office.​
